Case studies, AI and SaaS
Pitch decks, product design and websites for AI and SaaS companies.
AI and SaaS decks are read by people who have seen a hundred of them this month. We make the product, the numbers and the reason you win obvious in the first few slides.
What investors and buyers check first
- Why this is not a feature someone else ships next quarter
- Revenue quality: ARR, net retention, payback and gross margin, shown honestly
- What the product does, shown as the product, not described in bullet points
- For AI: where the data advantage comes from and what inference costs at scale
What we build for you
- A narrative that leads with the problem and the product, then the numbers
- Metric slides designed from your real data: cohorts, funnels, unit economics
- Product screens and flows redrawn cleanly, so the demo works on a slide
- Matching product UI, landing page or full website when the deck is not the only thing that needs work

Questions
Can you show a product that is still in beta?
Yes. We design the screens from what exists, your Figma files or a walkthrough call, and mark clearly what is live and what is on the roadmap.
Do you design the product itself, or only the deck?
Both. The studio designs product UI and builds web apps as well as decks, so the pitch and the product can share one visual system.
How do you handle metrics we are not ready to share widely?
We sign an NDA on request, and confidential work never goes in our portfolio. We can build a send-ahead version with ranges and an in-room version with the full numbers.
