Working with a studio in India from New York
Time zone: Eastern Time (ET). India runs 9 hours 30 minutes ahead of Eastern Time from March to November, and 10 hours 30 minutes ahead in winter.
We keep overlap hours for US clients, so calls and reviews sit in your morning, which is our evening. You send notes before you log off, we make the changes during our day, and the new version is waiting when you start yours.
You contract with SKIFI GROUP LLC, our company registered in Wyoming. Quotes and invoices are in USD, paid by card or bank transfer.

Questions
Can a studio in India keep up with New York hours?
Yes. We keep overlap hours for US clients, so a kickoff or review call sits in your morning, which is our evening. The production work happens during the Indian day while New York is asleep, so most revisions are in your inbox when you start the next morning.
Do we sign with a US company?
Yes. US clients are invoiced in USD by SKIFI GROUP LLC, our company registered in Wyoming, and pay by card or bank transfer. Clients in India work with SKIFI CREATIVE HUB LLP, our Indian entity.
We need a deck, a brand refresh and a new site. Can one studio do all three?
That is the work we are set up for. Design and development sit in one team of about 15 expert designers and developers, so the brand system is built once and carried into the deck, the website and any print, rather than redrawn by three suppliers.
How much does a project cost?
Every project is quoted after a short scoping call. You get the price and a fixed delivery date in one business day, and the price does not change after you approve it. Standard work such as decks, logos and websites also comes as fixed-price packages.
Do you meet clients in person in New York?
We work remotely, over video calls, email, Slack or WhatsApp, whichever your team already uses. That is how we have worked with 950+ clients in 70+ countries since 2020, and none of your budget goes on Manhattan rent.
