Working with a studio in India from Seattle

Time zone: Pacific Time (PT). India runs 12 hours 30 minutes ahead of Pacific Time from March to November, and 13 hours 30 minutes ahead in winter.

Calls go at the start of your day, which is our evening. During the Indian day we design, so your end of day feedback is a new version by your next standup. For larger programs, a monthly retainer keeps the same designers on your work.

You contract with SKIFI GROUP LLC, our company registered in Wyoming. Quotes and invoices are in USD, paid by card or bank transfer.

Questions

Can you work as an extension of our in-house design team?

Yes. Teams use us for overflow: we follow your brand guidelines and templates, work in your Figma files or PowerPoint masters, and keep the same designers on your account on a monthly retainer.

Can you build a PowerPoint template for the whole company?

Yes. We build master templates with real slide masters, theme colours and fonts, and layouts for the slides your teams rebuild every week, so anyone can make an on-brand deck.

How do you work with Pacific Time?

India is 12 hours 30 minutes ahead of Seattle for most of the year and 13 hours 30 minutes in winter. We take calls in your early morning, our evening, and use the rest of the cycle to design, so your feedback turns into a new version overnight.

Who do we contract with?

SKIFI GROUP LLC, our US company registered in Wyoming. Invoices are in USD, payable by card or bank transfer, and we sign an NDA before you share anything confidential.

How do you price ongoing work?

Defined projects are quoted after a short scoping call. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer, with priority 48-hour turnaround on new requests.
