Los Angeles, United States
A Design Studio for Los Angeles Brands and Startups.
Brand identity, websites, Shopify stores, motion and pitch decks for LA consumer brands, entertainment and events teams, and startups. One team keeps the brand consistent from the investor deck to the product page.
Since 2020: 950+ clients in 70+ countries, a Fiverr Vetted Pro record with 900+ reviews, and about 15 expert designers and developers. Brands we have designed for include Coca-Cola, Lenovo, LinkedIn, Aramco and Cambridge University Press.
What we design for Los Angeles teams
- Brand identity: For consumer and lifestyle brands where the identity does a lot of the selling: logo, palette, type, photography direction and a social kit.
- Websites and stores: Brand sites, landing pages and Shopify storefronts designed around how people actually buy, then built and handed over to your team.
- Motion and video: Brand films, explainers and ad cuts in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, with captions for feeds that play without sound.
- Social and ad creative: Post templates, carousels and ad variants, so a small team can publish every week without going off brand.
- Pitch decks: Investor and partnership decks for consumer, food and drink, and events concepts, designed to sell the experience before it exists.
- Print and brochures: Lookbooks, brochures, one-pagers and event material, print-ready or as a PDF for email.
Working with a studio in India from Los Angeles
Time zone: Pacific Time (PT). India runs 12 hours 30 minutes ahead of Pacific Time from March to November, and 13 hours 30 minutes ahead in winter.
We set calls for your early morning, which is the Indian evening, and do the production work during our day. A launch or campaign deadline gets a delivery date fixed in the quote, so you plan around a date rather than a promise.
You contract with SKIFI GROUP LLC, our company registered in Wyoming. Quotes and invoices are in USD, paid by card or bank transfer.
Why LA teams work with us
- Brand, web, social and motion from one team, so a launch looks the same on every screen
- Decks for consumer, food and drink, and entertainment pitches, where the look is part of the argument
- Shopify stores and landing pages designed and built in-house
- USD invoices from SKIFI GROUP LLC, paid by card or bank transfer
Selected work for LA teams
- Cabana: pitching a non-alcoholic beer to investors: A modern non-alcoholic beer brand for wellness-conscious drinkers, pitched as both an investor story and a marketing one.
- The Back Nine: an investor deck for a golf festival: A premium immersive golf festival concept, put in front of investors as a visual narrative rather than a document.
- Fraganote: a fragrance brand that reads as one: Brand presentation design for a fragrance house, where the look is part of the argument.
- Minted: a consumer app deck with the product in it: An investor and launch presentation for a dating app, where the product does the talking.
Questions
Can you handle a whole launch: brand, site, social and video?
Yes. That is the point of one studio with design and development under one roof. The brand system is set once and carried into the website, the store, the social templates and the motion, so nothing drifts between suppliers.
How do you work with an LA team that is 12 or 13 hours behind India?
Calls go in your early morning, which is our evening. Between calls the work runs while you are offline: send notes at the end of your day and the update is usually waiting the next morning. For launch weeks we agree the schedule up front.
Do you build on Shopify?
Yes. We design and build Shopify storefronts, from extending a starter theme to a custom build, with the product pages and the path to checkout designed to convert.
What does it cost?
We quote each project after a short call, with the price and a fixed delivery date back in one business day. Standard work such as logos, decks and websites is also available as fixed-price packages.
Who owns the files?
You do. You get the editable source files, from the Figma and Adobe files to the PowerPoint and the site repository, and everything runs in your own accounts.
