A Design Studio for Boston Biotech, Health and Education Teams.
Boston teams often have the hardest thing to design: science, data or a regulated product that has to make sense to an investor, a buyer or a student. We design the deck, the brand, the product and the site so the idea lands with people outside your field.
Since 2020: 950+ clients in 70+ countries, a Fiverr Vetted Pro record with 900+ reviews, and about 15 expert designers and developers. Brands we have designed for include Coca-Cola, Lenovo, LinkedIn, Aramco and Cambridge University Press.
What we design for Boston teams
- Investor and scientific decks: Investor decks, conference presentations and board updates where the science has to land without being dumbed down.
- Brand identity: A brand for a spinout or a scale-up that needs to look credible to investors, partners, and hospital or university buyers.
- UI/UX design: Product design for healthtech, edtech and B2B software: flows, data displays and design systems your engineers can build from.
- Website design: Company and product sites that explain a complex offer in plain language, designed and built in-house.
- Print and brochures: Integration guides, brochures, posters and one-pagers, laid out for a technical reader and set up print-ready.
- Explainer video: Explainers that walk through a mechanism, a workflow or a product one step at a time.
Working with a studio in India from Boston
Time zone: Eastern Time (ET). India runs 9 hours 30 minutes ahead of Eastern Time from March to November, and 10 hours 30 minutes ahead in winter.
We keep overlap hours with the US East Coast, so calls fit in your morning, the Indian evening. Production runs through our day, and a review sent from Boston in the afternoon usually comes back as a new version the next morning.
You contract with SKIFI GROUP LLC, our company registered in Wyoming. Quotes and invoices are in USD, paid by card or bank transfer.

Selected work for Boston teams
- Reflector Bio: explaining AI drug discovery to people who fund it: A deck about AI-driven drug discovery, built so the science lands with an audience that is not in the lab.
- Caresyntax: a technical guide people can navigate: A technical integration guide for a digital surgery platform, written for healthcare organisations and technology partners.
- Hygia Health: a healthcare deck with the patient in it: A healthcare presentation built around the patient journey rather than the org chart.
- Faculty of Dentistry: an academic deck that holds a room: Academic presentation design for a university faculty, built for a lecture hall rather than a laptop.
Questions
Can you design a deck about complex science?
Yes. We work from your data and your team's wording, then structure the slides so each one makes one point. Our case studies include a deck on AI-driven drug discovery and a technical integration guide for a digital surgery platform.
Do you work with universities and academic publishers?
Yes. Academic and institutional presentations are a regular part of our work, and Cambridge University Press is among the brands we have designed for.
How do you handle confidential data?
We sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive. Work under NDA stays that way: our case studies show only what a client has agreed we can show.
How does the time difference with Boston work?
India is 9 hours 30 minutes ahead of Boston for most of the year and 10 hours 30 minutes in winter. Calls fit in your morning, and the work happens while you are offline, so you review a new version at the start of each day.
How is the work priced?
Per project, after a short scoping call, with the price and a fixed delivery date back in one business day. Ongoing work, such as a steady stream of conference and investor material, can run on a monthly retainer.
