The challenge

The work is genuinely technical, and the room it has to win is not. Written by the people who do it, the material assumed the reader already understood the pipeline, so the parts a funder actually weighs, what is different here and why it is faster, sat behind three slides of method.

The approach

The pipeline was drawn once, early, as a single diagram the rest of the deck refers back to. After that every slide answers one question in plain terms and keeps its technical depth in a supporting line rather than in the headline. A cool, clinical palette keeps it serious without going cold.
