Working with a studio in India from San Francisco
Time zone: Pacific Time (PT). India runs 12 hours 30 minutes ahead of Pacific Time from March to November, and 13 hours 30 minutes ahead in winter.
Our evening overlaps with your early morning, so reviews are best set at the start of your day. The rest runs on a clean handoff: feedback you leave at the end of your day becomes the next version by the following morning, one full design cycle every 24 hours.

Questions
The time difference with San Francisco is large. How does it work day to day?
It works as a 24 hour cycle. We set calls for your early morning, which is our evening, and design during the Indian day while you are offline. You review at the start of your day, comment in Figma or by email, and the changes come back by the next morning.
Can you work inside our Figma files and design system?
Yes. We work in your Figma, build on your existing components and tokens, and deliver specs in the format your engineers already use. If there is no system yet, we set one up as part of the project.
Do you only design, or can you build it too?
Both. SkiFi has two lines, design and development, in one team. We can hand your engineers Figma files, or build the marketing site or web app ourselves and deploy it to your accounts.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Work is quoted per project after a short scoping call, or as a monthly retainer for ongoing design. You get the number and a fixed timeline in one business day.
Who do we contract with?
US clients contract with SKIFI GROUP LLC, registered in Wyoming, and pay in USD by card or bank transfer. We sign an NDA before you share anything confidential.
