A personal portfolio built as a list you can scan rather than a gallery you have to swim through.

The challenge

Years of presentation work is a lot of projects, and a thumbnail grid of sixty of them tells a visitor nothing except that there are sixty.

The approach

A typographic index: every project a row, sorted by kind, with the image arriving on hover rather than all at once. Someone looking for one category reaches it without scrolling past the rest.

Outcome

• Sixty projects presented as a scannable index
• Sorted by kind, so a category is reached directly
• Images loaded on demand rather than all at once
