A site for a neighbourhood crew in Kerala, built for the people in it.

The challenge

Community groups run on a group chat, which means anything older than a week is gone. What was missing was a place where the fixtures, the members and the history live.

The approach

A simple, fast site with the things people actually look up: who is in it, what is on, and what happened. Nothing that needs maintaining by somebody who does not want a second job.

Outcome

• Built to need almost no upkeep
• Fast on a phone, which is where it is read
