Mountain Vista: a property story in sequence

A property presentation built to move a reader from place to plan to price without losing them.

The challenge

Property decks are usually a gallery with numbers attached. The images were the strongest asset here and they were being used as backgrounds, with the commercial detail floated on top where it was hard to read and easy to distrust.

The approach

Images were given full slides of their own and the numbers were given theirs, alternating so the deck breathes. A warm neutral palette lets the photography carry the colour, and the commercial pages are laid out plainly, which is what makes them credible.

• Photography and figures separated so each one works
• A sequence that moves from place to plan to price
• Commercial slides laid out for trust rather than effect
