FEMC: a corporate deck with a spine
A corporate presentation rebuilt around a fixed structure, so every future version starts from something.
The challenge
The deck had grown the way corporate decks do, a slide at a time, each one solving its own problem. Nothing repeated: no two section openers matched, and the same kind of content appeared three different ways.
The approach
A spine first. Section openers, content layouts, data layouts and closing slides were defined as a small set, then the existing content was moved into them. Where a slide did not fit a layout, the content was the thing that changed, not the system.
Outcome
- A fixed set of layouts covering every kind of content in the deck
- Section openers that make the structure of the argument visible
- A file the team can extend without it drifting again
What we did
- Presentation Design, Infographics, Template Design
