Most farms know roughly what they earn and roughly what they spend. FarmiLife turns the things a farm already does every day into numbers it can trust: what came in, what went out, and what each animal and each plot really costs.
What it covers
- Money: Income and expenses by category, receipt photos, suppliers and customers, and a monthly profit you can believe.
- Stock and stores: Feed, medicine, fertilizer and seed. Purchases post to the books, usage is costed, and low stock warns you in time.
- Animals: Cattle, buffalo, goats, poultry and more. Health, vaccinations, breeding, weights and daily milk or eggs.
- Crops and land: Plots, seasons and crop cycles. Every activity, input and harvest adds up to a cost and a yield per plot.
- Labour and wages: Attendance in a tap, daily or monthly wages, advances and bonuses, and pay that posts straight to expenses.
- Tasks and alerts: Jobs for the team, what is overdue, and a heads-up on low stock, due treatments and expected calvings.

A QR tag for every animal
Tags print from the app. Any phone camera opens the animal’s record, so milk, a weight, a treatment or a photo goes in where the animal is standing.
Everyone sees their part
Owners and managers see everything. Workers get a simple phone screen with big buttons: check in, today’s tasks, record milk, use stock.
Six languages
English, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. Each person picks their own, on the same farm, at the same time.
Milk delivery
Customers, daily rounds, delivery partners, bills and payments. Partners tick each door off on the phone, and customers pause or add milk themselves.
Private to each farm
Every farm’s records are walled off in the database itself, with an activity log of who changed money, stock, wages and animal health, and when.
