These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the skifi.co website and the services provided by SKIFI GROUP LLC and SKIFI CREATIVE HUB LLP (together, "SkiFi", "we", "us"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SkiFi Creative Hub provides digital services including presentation design, brand identity, web design and development, eCommerce, UI/UX design, AI and automation, digital marketing, video and content services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are defined in a written proposal, quote or agreement shared with you before work begins.

2. Quotes and payment

All projects are quoted individually. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment schedules, milestones and accepted payment methods are agreed in writing before a project starts. Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid past their due date.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any content, credentials or approvals reasonably required to deliver the project. Delays in providing these may extend agreed timelines.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you unless agreed otherwise in writing. SkiFi retains the right to display completed, non-confidential work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise. Third-party assets (fonts, stock media, plugins, licenses) remain subject to their own terms.

5. Revisions

The number of revision rounds included is defined in your project scope. Additional revisions or scope changes may be quoted separately.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information received during an engagement private and to use it only for the purposes of the project.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkiFi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

8. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites (including other SkiFi Group brands). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
